At Maddox Massage, we want everyone to feel welcome, comfortable, and supported. However, we recognise that our current premises have limitations that may affect accessibility for some clients.

Location and Access

Our treatment room is located up a flight of stairs, and unfortunately, there is no lift or step-free access to the room at this time.

We understand this may present a barrier for individuals with mobility issues, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

What We Can Offer

While we currently can't provide accessible facilities at our main location, we're committed to making adjustments where possible:

- If you're unsure whether the venue is suitable for your needs, please feel free to contact us before booking—we’ll answer any questions and help however we can.

- In some cases, home visits or alternative arrangements may be possible, depending on location and treatment type. Please get in touch to discuss options.

Future Improvements

We’re actively exploring ways to improve accessibility in the future—whether through changes to the current premises or exploring more inclusive options for treatment spaces.
