Nature of Treatment

You will receive massage therapy delivered by Ryan, who holds a Level 3 ITEC Extended Diploma in Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy and a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.

Massage techniques may include soft tissue manipulation, deep tissue massage, and stretching, depending on your needs and preferences. You are welcome to ask questions or stop treatment at any time.

Your Health Information

Please confirm that:

- You are 18 or over

- You’ve shared all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or areas of concern

- You understand that massage may cause mild post-treatment effects such as soreness or fatigue

- You’ll update us if your health status changes

Massage is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you're unsure whether massage is appropriate, we encourage you to consult your GP.
