Then you’ll lie comfortably on the massage table, covered with a towel, and I’ll work on the areas that need attention using slow, firm pressure and specific techniques to release knots and tightness.

This isn’t a ‘no pain, no gain’ kind of treatment—I’ll always work with your comfort in mind. The aim is to help release tension without leaving you feeling battered.
